On Saturday, October 21, 2023, you can volunteer to help dozens of CASA members become U.S. Citizens!
Every year, CASA’s citizenship team helps hundreds of legal permanent residents start their journey to becoming Naturalized U.S. citizens. One of the first steps many CASA members take is to participate in CASA’s citizenship clinic, where we help screen them for eligibility and support them in filling out the initial application.
CASA seeks volunteers at the next clinic, taking place on October 21, from 9am to 3pm at CASA’s Langley Park office: 8151 15th Ave, Hyattsville MD. Can you volunteer on October 21st?
Unlike previous CASA Citizenship Clinics, this one will be in-person only. If you’re available and have the time, please join us and become a part of someone’s citizenship journey.
Training is provided via a recorded video for new volunteers. More information will be sent closer to the clinic. Monolingual and multilingual folks are welcome alike, and light breakfast, coffee and lunch will be provided.
