Monica is of Colombian nationality and has always been inclined to the area of ​​service and education. She has a B.S. in Hospitality  and a M.A. in Marketing Management. Her professional development was devoted to the area of ​​higher education in different universities. She came to CASA as a volunteer supporting the advocacy campaigns of the Lancaster community, and later became part of the team of promoters for CASA’s voter registration program. She was the first Workforce Development Coordinator and thanks to her work and the expansion of CASA, she now leads the team as Education and Workforce Manager in Pennsylvania. Monica is passionate about creating  new opportunities for immigrants and the Latinx community in employment, education and professional development.
