Marilyn Figueroa

Fairfax Lead Community Organizer Marilyn Figueroa identifies and fosters grassroots leadership, recruits members into the organization, and conducts local meetings. She mobilizes members for actions, and performs a variety of other tasks to build grassroots power. Salvadorian by birth, she earned a clinical laboratory degree in El Salvador. She has participated in different NGOs, always with the aim of serving the community.
