Jhosse Rivera

Manager of Individual Giving
He/Him/El

Manager of Individual Giving Jhosse Rivera began working with immigrant parents in the Langely Park Community through a parent-teacher connection program. In his current role, Jhosse works closely with allies and supporters of CASA, and connects them with more information and opportunities to become further involved supporting CASA members and the immigrant rights movement. Working together with the rest of CASA’s development team, Jhosse helped develop outreach to CASA allies, leading to the growth of individual giving and support to CASA by nearly threefold since 2015. Being a child of Salvadoran immigrants and studying about the Salvadoran Civil War in college inspired Jhosse to fight for the immigrant community and against the systems that continually oppress immigrants and people of color. Through his work, he hopes to continue empowering these communities.
