On July 6, 2022, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals is set to hear oral arguments for Texas v. United States in New Orleans, Louisiana. Taking place after a major series of attacks on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA), the case will play a crucial role in determining the status of many young people in the already-hostile United States.

We cannot allow the court to take away one of the few programs that protect our undocumented community members.
