Find out if you are eligible for temporary protected status (TPS) or Keeping Families Together parole in place program at CASA's immigration legal information sessions. Please complete the survey below as soon as possible if you think you are eligible. Once you complete the survey, a CASA legal department member will screen you for TPS eligibility. If you are eligible, CASA might be able to help you complete and file your TPS application.

There is no cost for CASA members to attend. The informational sessions are held every month. Please sign up to get registered for the next one. 

About the Immigration Programs

Cameroonian nationals in the US since October 6, 2023 could be eligible for TPS
Venezuelan nationals in the US since July 31, 2023 could be eligible for TPS
Haitian nationals who entered the United States before June 3, 2024 could be eligible for TPS
Undocumented spouses and children of U.S. citizens who have lived in the country for at least 10 years could be eligible for the program
