Due to the COVID pandemic, in order to keep safe taxpayers and our volunteers, we will do most of our service virtually or through drop-off. Our staff will guide you on how to send us your tax documents and will provide services by phone or internet, based on your preference. Limited in-person service will be available for taxpayers to drop-off documents and get copies of completed tax forms.

We prepare income taxes for free at Baltimore.
Please be advised that the IRS will not be accepting taxes electronically or Efile until February 12th. For that reason, we will be making drop-off appointments starting l after Feb 2nd for regular tax returns. However, if you are applying for an ITIN for the first time or renewing your ITIN we will be calling members starting Jan 23rd and onwards. Since they must send their taxes and ITIN application by mail and don’t need to wait.

Eligibility
This service is available for all household that made lower than $56,000 in 2020, and live in Maryland, regardless of the City or County of residence.
