Gill Monkam Helleu

Maryland Community Liaison Gill Monkam Helleu migrated from Cameroon at the end of 2010. In 2011, Gill discovered CASA. He started at CASA as a daily worker. It was there that he looked for work until he regularized his immigration status in the United States. He believes CASA is amazing organization. When he finally had a work permit, it was his dream to come back to work at CASA as someone who could guide and help those who would come after him. Now, he says his dream has become a reality, his current role allows him to provide assistance to members of the community.
