Andrea Finuccio

Andrea Finuccio is a Staff Attorney at CASA where she works on employment and immigration issues for CASA members. Before coming to CASA, Andrea worked as a staff attorney at the Sexual Assault Legal Institute for two and half years. Prior she also worked as a staff attorney at the First Shift Justice Project, assisting Latinx clients with employment issues regarding pregnancy discrimination and accommodations. Andrea attended American University’s Washington College of Law where they were a clinical fellow at the Women and the Law Clinic and Domestic Violence Clinic, as well as a student researcher for the War Crimes Research Office. Andrea received her BA in International Studies and Political Science from American University. Andrea speaks English and Spanish.
