LANGLEY PARK, MD _ The Flower Branch Tenants Association, along CASA and neighborhood churches, will hold a vigil at 8 p.m. Thursday at the site of last year’s tragic apartment fire and explosion that killed 7 people, including 2 children.

The vigil organized by the Flower Branch Tenants Association in conjunction with CASA, aims to safeguard the memory of those that perished in the fire, as well as support the struggle of those fighting for better living conditions for low-income people at the apartments.
