WASHINGTON_ Immigrant-rights groups and allies will be demanding that Congress pass a Clean Dream Act that will prevent the deportation of more than 800,000 Dreamers working and studying in the country now. Activists from across the country will also demand legislative reform to legalize the more than 400,000 people with Temporary Protected Status who came to the United States fleeing natural disasters or civil wars.
