WASHINGTON —  Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients and eligible DACA applicants, along with CASA and several immigrant rights organizations, are filing suit against the Department of Homeland Security because of President Donald Trump’s abrupt rescission of DACA.  That rescission threatens the safety of DACA recipients and their families by raising the specter of deportation from the one country they have ever known as home.   It was also a violation of both the United States Constitution and federal law.
