Healthy Babies Equity Act (HB1080/SB778) - Medicaid for undocumented pregnant mothers & their babies Access to Care Act (HB1035/SB728) - Insurance through the ACA for all, regardless of immigration status

Eviction Protection for Tenants

Pause for Rental Assistance (HB674/SB384) - No evictions for tenants who are waiting for rental assistance Funding for Lawyers in Eviction Court - Secure funding to provide legal representation

Lawyers for Immigrants in ICE Detention

Access to Counsel in Immigration Proceedings (SB129/HB114) - State-funded legal representation for Marylanders in ICE detention facing deportation
