The Sentara Family Health Connection Mobile Clinic is just one of the ways we reach out and serve those who may not otherwise receive care.
Requirements to Qualify:
- Not have health insurance
- Meet income standards
- Live in eastern Prince William County or north Stafford County
What Services Does Sentara Offer?
- Primary care services
- Acute and chronic care
- Family planning
- Preventive health exams
- Medication access program
- Coordination of specialized care
Where Are The Mobile Clinics Located?
Sentara has two mobile clinics that travel to scheduled locations in Woodbridge and Dumfries Monday through Friday.
Who Would See Me At The Clinic?
Both clinics are staffed by a Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Physician Assistant.
How Much Do I Have To Pay For Services?
Sentara asks for a contribution of $25 for each visit is optional. If you are part of the pharmacy program, you will pay $5 for each prescription.
