CASA along with Sentara Health and Prince William Health District are offering FREE immunizations and sports physicals for students in grades 7-12. 

Immunizations include HPV, Tdap, and

Meningococcal (MenACWY).

What to Bring:

• Student’s current immunization record
• Parent or guardian (for those 17 and under) with valid ID if 

          available

Vaccines are available on a walk-in basis while supplies last.

 Appointments are required for sports physicals.
