Education & Leadership Development

Vocational Training ESOL

CASA’s Education and Leadership Department provides courses, workshops, and resources to help immigrants navigate today’s world with confidence and ease. We borrow from popular education pedagogy and value the inherent strengths, perspectives, and life experiences of all people. We help course participants tap into existing knowledge and work to equip them with new skills so they can grow and prosper.   We offer courses (both fee-based and free) on financial literacy, citizenship preparation, home improvement licensure prep courses, Spanish literacy, computer classes, vocational training, and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL).  We also provide technical assistance for individuals interested in starting small or cooperatively owned businesses.
